The concept was to continue the Bakers Bistro Cafe identity into a kiosk format with a 24X7 operation at the Airport Terminal. The design was evolved from the original idea of cafe counter now positioned in the terminal thorough fare at important arrival zones.

Paramount was to create a kiosk maximizing the displays with optimum branding opportunities creating an immediate identification for the customers. The cafe counter is central to the experience with a prominent fascia branding plaque with displays of gourmet & savoury foods, ice creams & beverages. Engineered stones juxtaposed with wood panels make counter designs purpose built to outlast its round the clock running. Lighting is primarily ambient & indirect with accent lighting on displays.
