ivpartners is a collective of creative and talented architects + designers who have acquired professional experience working on varied & specialized projects. We are engaged in a broad selection of assignments, ranging from large-scale retail entertainment to luxury private houses.

ivpartners was founded in 2006 by the principal partners and is now an established practice based out of the millennium city of Gurgaon. Our successful assignments have been made possible by the excellent teamwork within our practice with architects, designers & administrators.

As design consultants, we partner with our clients on each project. We continue to work with reputed international architecture + design firms, specialized manufacturers + contractors locally and from across the globe on various aspects of the project. We are the trusted adviser for our clients, combining localized expertise with a global perspective.

process

The process of design starts with listening to our clients to understand the project idea, needs and aspirations. We place great emphasis on developing a complete understanding of the client's brief and the development of program requirements by doing multiple discussions, reviews, case studies, visits and finally by always asking the right questions.

We lay great emphasis on timelines & schedules of the project which becomes the start point of planning resources & deliverables. We ensure dedicated teams on projects and are in place from the onset to keep pace with time schedules and in conjunction to the project course. In all commissions, a Project Architect is made directly responsible to the client and will be actively involved in the project from initial design concepts through to occupation.

Ishvinder Kaur is the Founder Principal of ivpartners setting up the practice in 2006 and has since been responsible for its evolution. She is a specialist in the creation of experiential designs and spearheads the practice towards a culture of design innovation at the forefront of every project.

She sets strategic objectives, oversees the development & implementation of processes to ensure quality of project design & delivery. She aligns the practice core team to ensure constant innovation in design identity. From idea generation to mentoring the design team and managing projects she has extensive experience in delivering content that is both highly creative and commercially relevant.

Following her graduation, she worked with prestigious design offices and in association of international design firms & architects across the globe before setting up the practice. She brings more than two decades of experience in architecture & interiors with a portfolio combining a rich mix of commercial, residential, hospitality, retail and entertainment projects.

Vikas Sabharwal is the Director & Principal of ivpartners leading with momentum the business development & building of projects across the board. He is dedicated towards mastering process & delivery complete with design innovation. His expertise in translation of client brief into design direction is forging the path to success of the practice.

With an industry experience of more than 25 years in building ideas, taking up challenges & steering direction through the course he has led the practice to deliver recognized projects across the country. He leads with a vision to deliver high standards of professional practice & team work on every aspect working with clients, consultants & experts from across the world.

Following his graduation, he worked with prestigious design offices and in association of international design firms & architects from UK, US, France, & Thailand. He continues to travel extensively across the globe & network to evaluate the changing face of design & technology bringing to table innovation and global forecasts.
