Coming into the city where it all began & where the brand boasts of the most landmark cinemas has announced a new project in the upcoming boutique development. The two-plex cinema holds an opportunity to create a unique facility with a design concept as a beacon on the far side of a bridge shining like a starry jewel. Thus unfolded the idea of creating a dark marble clad pre-function with embedded strip pattern reflecting streaks of light as one approaches the space.

The ceiling panels with its long wave forms is scattered & strung into the flooring pattern. Polished glossy stone finished walls & mirrors magnify the volumes. Patterns of streak waves appear & disappear between ceilings floors & doors creating a dramatic experience. Lighting is primarily ambient & indirect with accent lighting on all f & b counters. All general lighting is indirect & composed within the ceiling sculpture to create a cinema mood space.
