Expanding into new developments in the city perimeter is arriving a mall from the well-regarded developer of the region. The cinema & retail mix makes for a perfect destination to suit the primarily residential neighbourhood. The Cinema located on the topmost level of the mall is preceded by a large food court & gaming zone drawing patrons & families into a world of entertainment. The design brief is to create a smart narrative akin to the new digital age.

A visual spectacle is envisaged by creating a façade overlooking the mall atrium leading upto the ticket box & arrival. This linear façade glazed in strategic parts gives alluring previews of the experience inside. The food & beverage counter is the central highlight upon arrival & follows the inlit fin elements composing the foyer space. Illusion elements extrapolating the heights & quirky chandeliers reflecting in pattern glazing makes for a provoking interaction tempting many a comebacks.
