With Pino's | Pizza Pasta Salad is coming a new go to Italian cafe with a contemporary design. This is a flagship project for the brand as currently it is operational only in the kiosk format. The design concept is an industrial kitchen environment dotted with large graphical displays and textured walls. The colour palette in the interior architecture is kept muted to accent the eclectic mix of furniture & graphics in the trademark tricolore flag.

The layout planning with generous seating leads to a large vantage salad bar alongside a soup station creating an all day café experience. Focus lighting is integrated to accent food displays & the interior is identifiable with long suspended fabric & metal light fixtures on the tables. The shop front being a part of a corporate business center is redefined with internal bulkhead graphics & a vintage vespa scooter to set the mood for an Italian experience.
