Oberoi Realty is set to open a second mall in Mumbai's Borivali area named Sky City Mall by January 2025. Flanked by the Western Express highway the mall is set inside a mixed use development with a 5 Star Hotel, luxury apartments, and a 10 screen multiplex. The mall at a million-and-a-half sq. ft. will be home to many domestic & international brands with an expansive food court fronting the multiplex.

The multiplex itself is proposed with a set of 6 mainstream + 1 IMAX + 14DX + & 2 Luxe Audis with an exclusive lounge. The design of the mall takes inspiration from the city itself — large, fast-paced, and ever-changing — capturing its dynamic energy and holographic essence. The lounge is accessed through a striking double-height display of Oscar trophies and a partition with an embedded insignia and intricate pattern, offering glimpses of the inside.
