ivpartners was invited to design the interiors for the exclusive clubhouse proposed upfront at the arrival & spread across four levels. Drawing from the project theme, the interiors evoke a subtle nautical character through light textured finishes, brick-clad surfaces, black metal detailing, and refined references of harbour-inspired elements that together create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
