ivpartners was asked to propose a new design for the typical arrival & lift lobbies along with access passages of these apartments. Drawing from the project theme, the interiors evoke a subtle nautical character through light textured finishes, brick-clad surfaces, black metal detailing, and refined references of harbour-inspired elements that together create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
